The author makes some remarks on a former article by herself about Matthew the Evangelist in Macrobius (Emerita 49, 1981, pp. 361-363). She studies the connections between passages from the Exodus and Macrobius as well as the Macrobian readings of the New Testament about the observance of holidays.
