In the author’s opinion the enigmatic word CUSPIANORUM must be understood in a similar manner as the Cuspi amicorum in the same phrase of the context. It is then a corruptly traditioned and additionally misleading reading, caused by scriptura continua of CUSPI ANORUM, originated in AMORUM for am(ic)orum. Likewise SIGNIFICEM may be understood in the best manner, if we take it as signific(em) and EM für e(u)m, written also in scriptura continua as SIGNIFICEM. Finally the reading NOTAM is giving only then an appropriate sense, if we read here NOT for not(am) and AM for am(ici).
